Hila Sheleg defines herself as a researcher, inventor, rider, thinker and loves words in Hebrew. Among other things, Hila is also a graffiti artist who specializes in writing songs, poetry and contemplation on the walls of Tel Aviv. Hila's textual works deal with love, relationships and life itself. Hila juggles words, plays with rhyme, double meaning and creates content that hurts the heart as well but mostly the mind.
In 2018, Hela Sheleg won the Ali Mohar ACUM Award – an award for encouraging the publication of works and these were the reasons for the award committee: " Full of fascinating combinations and rich and fresh language, special themes that are always treated in an original way, and the special charm that solidifies all of these into songs that resonate in the head long after you finish reading them.
