A Brazilian artist who began his artistic career as a child on the streets of Sao Paulo. In 1998, CARNIO decided that the gray and neglected walls of Sao Paulo needed some help and renewal, needed a colorful boost\u2026 After finishing filling his city with his works he started doing so in other cities around the world like <a href=\"https:\/\/drorhadadi.com\/street-art-tour-in-berlin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Berlin<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/drorhadadi.com\/10-leading-graffiti-street-art-areas-in-tel-aviv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jaffa Tel Aviv<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/drorhadadi.com\/street-art-in-amsterdam-center\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amsterdam<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/drorhadadi.com\/street-art-graffiti-in-williamsburg-nyc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York<\/a> and more.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">CARNIO&#8217;s sources of inspiration, he says, stem from life itself, the street, cartoons and Salvador Dali&#8217;s unique surrealism. The use of the characters he creates is meant to empower the people of Brazil and show them the struggles they face in a competitive, global and unforgiving world. The characters in CARNIO&#8217;s work are wearing Nike, they have smartphones, they eat fast food, ride bicycles, they have countless shapes and clothes, and they were born with the intention of creating a character that is directly related to Brazil&#8217;s character. The contrast between the spirituality of the Blue Indians and the urban and material environment in which they find themselves, maintains a dialogue about ourselves and the society in which we
